Mr. M.V. Bhat - Director

Mr. M.V. Bhat is a Bachelor of Commerce & a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of (CAIIB). Mr. Bhat has a vast experience of more than 4 decades in the banking sector and has worked in the Public Sector Bank and Co-operative banks. His work experience includes managing various branches, customer service operations, relationship management, statutory and regulatory compliances, credit appraisal, etc. He was associated with Syndicate Bank, Kalyan Janta Sahakari Bank, Dombivali Nagari Sahakari Bank. He retired as Chief Manager and has held various key positions in the banks. Currently acting as independent consultant to various banks for risk assessment and credit appraisals.

Mr. N. K. Ghagarkar - Director

Mr. N. K. Ghagarkar is a Master of Laws (Constitutional Law) and Master of Commerce from RTM University, Nagpur and has an overall 35 years of experience in the legal field. He has worked with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) for about 39 years out of which he has worked as Administrative Officer (Legal) and has handled the entire legal portfolio for more than 17 years.

During his stint with LIC he has handled litigation before consumer courts, loan proposals, cases filed by and against LIC, etc and has advised the branch and regional Heads on critical legal matters.

He also has around 25 years of contributory teaching experience in Law (graduate and postgraduate courses) at the university.

Presently working in various courts /tribunals represents LIC and banks and other corporate / individual clients in civil, administrative, consumer and labour matters. He is empanelled with LIC and advises on life and general insurance claim matters filed before various courts and tribunals, Consumer Redressal Fora (District and National Commission) and Central Government Industrial Tribunal (Labour courts /Commissioner).

He is also a visiting Faculty for insurance advisers (Life Insurance and General Insurance) at various training centres.

Mr. Pankaj Deshmukh - Director

Mr. Pankaj Deshmukh is a MBA in Finance and have over 22 years of experience. He has worked with First Leasing Company of India Ltd, Centrum Finance Limited taking care of syndication of term / working capital loan, raising funds through bond / debenture issues, asset financing or money market instruments, business development, credit evaluation, financing. Mr. Deshmukh is currently working with MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd. heading a team of 15 people developing market and preparation of DPR, TEV, LIE study reports for different organizations covering various industries, lenders

Mrs. Vaishali Urkude - Director & Chief Executive Officer

Post graduate in Law (Commercial Laws), top ranker & gold medalist (LL.B.) - Nagpur University with rich experience of 24 years in legal, operations and compliance.

Last associated with Beacon Trusteeship Limited as Whole Time Director & Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for overall business growth and trusteeship operations. Her prior stint was with Milestone Trusteeship Services Private Limited as Senior Vice President - Business Development & Legal where Vaishali was the key management team member in setting up entire trusteeship business from scratch and growing it to a remarkable level in a span of just four years. Role included business development and overall supervision of Legal & operations.

She has been into the trusteeship services for more than a decade and was also associated as the Head- Operations at Vistra ITCL (India) Limited (formerly IL&FS Trust Company Limited) managing trusteeship services across various products viz. Debenture Trustee, Security Trustee, ESOP/EWT, AIF/VCF, Securitisation, Family Office and Escrows etc. Represented the company at sub-committees of SEBI for ESOP and Municipal Bonds.

Vaishali has also worked with UCO Bank - Regional Office Mumbai and Export-Import Bank of India in legal departments and has a vast experience in legal (Drafting/vetting documents, advising on structured finances/debt syndication, security structures, securitisation, escrow mechanism and contributory/investment Trusts) and statutory/regulatory compliance, Default management and enforcement action including recovery of debts under SARFAESI and DRT Act, handling litigation matters at High Court, Consumer Protection, Ombudsman etc.

Mr. Venkatesh Prabhu - Director & Chief Operating Officer

Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Cost Accountant from ICWAI having more than 10 years of experience in Trustee business.

Winner of “40under40” Alternative Investment Professionals in India - 2019 awarded by The Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF) & Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI).

Has held key positions in his earlier stints, all being trusteeship companies.

Was in charge of entire business development of Trusteeship Business across all the trusteeship products in previous two trustee companies.

Had on-boarded and serviced more than 150 AIF clients and lead the AIF operations. Overall In-charge of operations of Alternative Investment Funds registered with SEBI along with compliance and business development.

Was heading securitization & Mid office Head for Family Office in Vistra ITCL (India) Limited (Formerly IL & FS Trust Company Limited)

Has worked for complex escrow structures with various banks and institutions along with Family office services, escrow, security Trusteeship and allied activities.

Was the key member & instrumental in bringing in the vast clientele with expertise in the client relationship, operations and compliance for all products including AIF, complex escrows and structured products leading the company to a sizable level during his past two stints.
